Great sushi, atmosphere and service. The chef explained all 20+ courses it the omakase menu very well, and they even have an englishenu to follow along. Recommend trying the different sake they have - opened our eyes to high quality sale and flavour complexity.

I visited Ginza Sushi Banya Kai for a lunch omakase with my husband, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The sushi was truly fabulous—each piece showcased top-quality ingredients and exceptional craftsmanship. Every dish was fresh, delicate, and thoughtfully prepared. For the quality we received, the value was unbeatable. You simply cannot find a better omakase in Ginza for this price. We left fully satisfied and already excited to return. Highly recommend!

The course meal here is truly top-notch, offering excellent quality at a very reasonable price. The cozy atmosphere makes it an easy place to relax and enjoy, and the staff are warm and friendly, which adds so much to the experience. A hidden gem in Ginza for anyone who loves great sushi without the intimidating price tag. Highly recommended!

I went on yelp to review this place and it was not there! This place is a gem. This place was the best quality of ingredients, unique recipes, and amazing atmosphere that we experienced in ginza and rather our week long gastro experience across Japan. The sakura octopus was tender and delicious, the tuna melted in your mouth, and the sea urchin was delectable and presented perfectly. The dessert was unique and delicious. The food was 5/5 quality. The chef asked us what was our favorite and we were at a loss listing almost every item on the omakase menu. We booked this place weeks ahead of time and I’ll make sure to do it again next time I visit. My only regret was not taking photos of everything, but the food was too amazing to wait for a pic for everything. Every cent here was worth it. There were also drinks included, which were amazing and chefs rec is the way to go on the sakes! We came all the way from San Francisco, but I can’t wait to come back.

I've been to a sister restaurant of theirs near my office and the quality was excellent, so I decided to book a table at the Ginza branch. The restaurant is quite spacious and the seating is well-arranged, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Not only was the sushi top-notch, but all the other dishes, especially the creative ones, were absolutely delicious and surpassed what I was expecting. It's also great that they have private rooms and a smoking area right outside. I definitely recommend this place!

The food is really good for the price. The dishes were all really great, a bit more on the usual side, but done well. Even better, the drinks were included in the price which makes me give it a 5! The chef Sim(?) was super friendly and nice! They also took us last minute when our other reservation fell through, would recommend everyone to go here for an easy starter omakase.
